MANILA—NorthPort gets to complete its lineup for the PBA Philippine Cup just in time.

The league announced on Friday that the Batang Pier will be bringing in MJ Ayaay and Chris Javier as their last men in.

The PBA first approved a trade sending Ayaay to NorthPort from Ginebra.

In exchange, the Batang Pier gave up their Season 49 second round pick to the Gin Kings.

On the other hand, NorthPort picked up Javier through free agency.

Most Valuable Player candidate Robert Bolick and veteran forward Arwind Santos will be the team's leaders for the season-opening conference.

Also playing for the Batang Pier are Paolo Taha, Louie Vigil, Renzo Subido, Roi Sumang, Jerrick Balanza, Arth Dela Cruz, Jervy Cruz, Troy Rike, Kevin Ferrer, and rookies JM Calma and John Apacible.

The Batang Pier will first see action on Thursday night against the Rain Or Shine Elasto Painters at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.
