MANILA—Arellano's last ditch to make the NCAA Final Four got a major boost on Wednesday after taking down Lyceum, 77-63, at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.

Cade Flores was unstoppable on both ends of the floor for the now 5-6 Chiefs, leading them with 23 points, 12 rebounds, two assists, one block, and seven of their 12 total steals, which accounted for half of the Pirates' 24 total turnovers.

Axel Doromal added 18 points, five rebounds, five assists, and one steal.

With the win, Arellano is now two games behind San Beda (7-4) for fourth place in the team standings.

Renz Villegas and JM Bravo each scored 12 points for Lyceum, which fell to 8-4, a full game behind Letran for second place and only a half-game ahead of San Beda for third.
