PASIG—Magnolia stayed unblemished in the PBA Commissioner's Cup after drubbing NorthPort, 109-91, on Sunday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

The Hotshots turned to their patented defense to trip the Batang Pier, who still could not find the needed consistency to contend in this conference.

Nick Rakocevic had modest numbers of 26 points, 14 rebounds, four assists, and two blocks to lead Magnolia, which moved up to 5-0.

Mark Barroca led the locals with 13 points, two rebounds, eight assists, and one steal.

Kevin Ferrer put up 19 points, one rebound, two assists, and two steals, while Arvin Tolentino and Prince Ibeh each added 11 points with the import also grabbing 13 boards for the double-double.
