MANILA—RJ Abarrientos was a man on a mission on Tuesday night after leading the Ulsan Phoebus to a 97-84 shocker over reigning KBL champions Seoul SK Knights at the Jamsil Students' Gymnasium in the South Korean capital.

Abarrientos fired 23 points on 8-of-10 field goals including 6-of-7 shooting from beyond the arc for the Phoebus, the last of which put the exclamation point on the giant slaying even as he let the Knight fans know what happened by doing the "night-night" pose on them.

Gaige Prim led Ulsan, currently tied with Goyang, 93-90 winner over Ricardo Ratliffe's Jeonju squad, for second place at 3-1, with 26 points on 11-of-16 shooting, seven rebounds, three assists, and one steal.

Both Ulsan and Goyang are a half-game behind league leader Anyang, currently at 4-1.

Jameel Warney made 29 points, seven rebounds, and one steal for Seoul SK, which is now tied at the bottom at 1-3.
