PASIG—Simon Enciso took matters offensively, while Devon Scott completed the job defensively as San Miguel got one win back in the PBA Commissioner's Cup semifinals against Bay Area with a 98-96 squeaker in Game 3 of their series on Sunday night at the PhilSports Arena.

Enciso hit the go-ahead three with 10.2 seconds left, while Scott saved the day for the Beermen with a block against Kobey Lam, the hero in the Dragons' Game 1 win, with two seconds left

Hayden Blankley tried to save the Dragons, but June Mar Fajardo did enough to challenge Blankley's layup attempt as the final buzzer sounded as the league's oldest franchise denied the Hong Kong-based guest squad a sweep in the best-of-five series.

Scott led SMB, which forced a Game 4 on Wednesday night at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, with 25 points, 14 rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and one steal.

Fajardo added 21 points, 16 rebounds, two assists, three blocks, and one steal.

Andrew Nicholson's 34-point outburst with 14 rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and two steals was not enough as Bay Area lost for only the third time overall this conference, but the team has another chance to close out SMB on Wednesday night.
