MANILA—Allyn Bulanadi was on the move again on Thursday after NorthPort traded him to San Miguel.

As approved by the PBA trade committee, Bulanadi, who was traded to the Batang Pier from the Converge FiberXers, is now heading to the Beermen in exchange for Paul Zamar.

To sweeten the pot, SMB also sent its Season 51 second-round pick to NorthPort.

Bulanadi is now joining a loaded guard rotation for the Beermen, who also have Terrence Romeo, CJ Perez, Simon Enciso, Jericho Cruz, and Marcio Lassiter with them.

Meanwhile, as it stands, Zamar is joining a Batang Pier lineup also oozing with talent at the guard spots like Robert Bolick, Roi Sumang, Louie Vigil, Jonathan Grey, and Jeff Chan.

However, it remains to be seen if NorthPort will re-sign Zamar, a restricted free agent.

Zamar was recently seen practicing with Blackwater, and all signs are pointing toward the team signing him for the Governors' Cup.

However, SMB was given 30 days to re-sign Zamar after his contract expired at the end of 2022.

But due to the trade, the Batang Pier will now have a chance to pluck Zamar away from the Bossing.
