PASAY—Kobey Lam took over for Bay Area in the second half as the guest team got back anew at Ginebra with a 94-86 win in Game 4 of the PBA Commissioner's Cup in front of 17,236 fans at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Lam fired eight triples, most coming in the pivotal second half, as the Dragons, playing without the injured Andrew Nicholson, outscored the Gin Kings, 56-40, in the said timeframe to knot the best-of-seven series anew at two games apiece.

Bay Area held Ginebra to just 15 points in the third quarter before pulling away in the fourth with 34 points.

Lam finished with 30 points, nine rebounds, four assists, one steal, and one block, while Glen Yang and Ray-Ray Zhu each added 18 points for the Dragons.

Justin Brownlee's triple-double of 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists with four steals and one block went down the drain as the Gin Kings lost steam early in the fourth and could not complete a comeback in the end.
