QUEZON CITY—Santi Santillan nailed the winning basket as an all-Filipino Rain Or Shine squad stunned Terrafirma, 120-118, in their PBA Governors' Cup meeting on Thursday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Santillan was all alone inside the paint, and Rey Nambatac found him open despite the triple-team for the assist leading to the former's go-ahead layup with 0.7 seconds left.

Jordan Williams, who had a fantastic second half, tried to steal the win for the Dyip, but his catch-and-shoot three failed to even hit the rim as time expired.

Santillan's game-winner preserved a career-high 25 points from Andrei Caracut alongside two rebounds and three assists as ROS tied its victim in the team standings at 2-4.

Santillan added 21 points, six rebounds, and two assists as his team survived despite having to sit out import Greg Smith literally at the last minute due to some concerns with his letter of clearance.

Williams made 30 points, 27 in the second half, 16 rebounds, four assists, three steals, and two blocks, while Juami Tiongson added 23 points, one assist, and one block for Terrafirma.
