MANILA—Gilas Pilipinas did not move even by a single notch in the FIBA rankings and stayed at number 40 in the latest update on Tuesday night.

Gilas has accumulated 315.9 points until the February window of the World Cup Qualifiers.

However, the team is almost 10 points behind world number 39 Hungary, which likewise also did not move in the world rankings.

Gilas is also still at number eight in the FIBA Asia-Pacific zone and number one in Southeast Asia.

The Top 19 in the world rankings remained as is with Spain at number one and the United States at number two.

The shakeup begins at 20th overall when Iran dropped two spots to 22nd, paving the way for Puerto Rico and Tunisia to overtake the Asian country.
