MANILA—Magnolia decided to add a big man to its rotation through trade as the uncertainty on Ian Sangalang's health situation continues.

The Hotshots traded for Abu Tratter in a swap with the Converge FiberXers which was approved by the PBA trade committee on Friday.

Converge also shipped high-flying David Murrell to Magnolia, which traded streak-shooting Adrian Wong and its first-round pick for the upcoming draft in exchange.

This means the FiberXers will have two picks for this year's draft happening in September, but both picks were acquired through previous swaps as their own pick, projected to be the seventh pick according to an unofficial computation by Dugout Philippines, was given away.

They have the pick previously owned by the TNT Tropang Giga but was first sent to the Blackwater Bossing, which is projected to be the ninth pick

Meanwhile, the pick Converge got from Magnolia is projected to be the 10th pick.
