PASAY—Blacklist International became the first team to qualify for the MPL Philippines Season 11 Grand Finals after drubbing RSG Slate Philippines, 3-1, in the upper bracket finals on Saturday night at the SMX Convention Center here.

For being a grand finalist, Blacklist also earned a spot in the MSC.

Blacklist had a solid start to the best-of-five series, sweeping RSG PH in Game 1 before holding them off in Game 2.

With its back against the wall, RSG PH responded with a solid Game 3 and seemed to be on its way to sending the match to a decider after a dominant start to Game 4.

Blacklist, however, turned the tides when they scored two crucial Lord kills, setting up crucial pushes at the top and middle lanes.

RSG PH seemed to have kept Blacklist at bay in its third attempt at Lord, but instead, Blacklist went for hero kills that opened the way for them to take down RSG's base and call game.

RSG PH has another chance at sealing its place in the Sunday night grand finals, but the team would have to defeat Echo in the lower bracket finals earlier in the day.
