PASIG—Blackwater used a third-quarter takeover to defeat Terrafirma, 100-94, in their PBA on Tour game on Wednesday night at the Ynares Sports Arena.

The Bossing outscored the Dyip, 31-19, right after the halftime break to take an 11-point lead, 84-73, at the end of the third period.

Terrafirma slowed Blackwater down in the fourth quarter, but it was not enough to pull off the come-from-behind win.

Troy Rosario led the Bossing, now 2-0 in preseason play, with 20 points, 17 in the first half, five rebounds, one assist, and one steal.

Rashawn McCarthy added 13 points, going 3-for-3 from beyond the arc, five rebounds, seven assists, one steal, and one block off the bench.

Juami Tiongson led the Dyip with 22 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, and one steal, while Drei Cahilig added 16 points, 13 rebounds, three assists, one block, and two steals.
