ROS rips NLEX apart in 2nd half to open PBA on Tour stint with win

PASIG—Rain Or Shine blitzed ahead in the second half to take down NLEX, 117-93, in their PBA on Tour game on Friday night at the Ynares Sports Arena.

Down 48-51 at the half, the Elasto Painters asserted control of the game at the end of the third quarter after taking a 75-74 lead.

They then dropped 42 points on the Road Warriors and held them to just 19 in the fourth quarter to pull away for good.

Rey Nambatac and Anton Asistio each tallied 22 points off the bench to lead ROS.

Bong Galanza also had 22 points with three rebounds and one assist for NLEX.
