| RSG PH continues its road to an MSC return with a sweep of Onic PH. MPL PH |
PASAY--RSG Slate Philippines booked its own place in the MPL Philippines Season 11 upper bracket semfinals after taking down Onic Philippines, 3-0, on Thursday night at the SMX Convention Center here.
Looking to make a return to the MSC, RSG PH, the reigning champion in the said event, made quick work of Onic PH in Game 1 to gain the upper hand.
Onic PH seemed to be on its way to getting back at RSG PH, but John Tuazon scored a crucial kill steal on the Lord boss monster to spark RSG PH's comeback to take Game 2.
RSG PH then dominated Onic PH in Game 3 to seal the shutout.
RSG PH will face Echo in the upper bracket semifinals on Friday night.
