Magnolia spoils Raymond Aguilar's hot game, wins On Tour 'Clasico'

MANILA—Magnolia took home the preseason edition of the "Manila Clasico" after dropping Ginebra, 91-80, on Sunday night at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

With their patented defense at work, the Hotshots slowly but surely crippled the Gin Kings as Raymond Aguilar's best game with Ginebra went down the drain.

Mark Barroca led Magnolia with 20 points on 7-for-10 shooting including four triples, one rebound, five assists, and three steals.

Jerrick Ahanmisi added 17 points on 5-for-9 shooting from long range, two rebounds, and three assists off the bench.

Aguilar went 9-for-10 from the field for 22 points for Ginebra.
