PASIG--Blackwater toughened up on defense in the fourth quarter to hold down Meralco, 89-82, in their PBA on Tour game on Friday night at the Ynares Sports Arena.
The Bossing forced the Bolts to a rough ending to their game, limiting them to just 12 points in the final 12 minutes to walk away with the victory.
Troy Rosario led Blackwater with 21 points, nine rebounds, and one assist, while Mike Digregorio added 16 points, four rebounds, and one assist.
Bong Quinto and Raymond Almazan each tallied 18 markers with the latter also grabbing 14 rebounds for Meralco.
