MANILA—RR Pogoy, Ray-Ray Parks, and Calvin Oftana rejoined Gilas Pilipinas in practice as the national team reconvened at the Meralco Gym in Pasig on Thursday night.

The said players' attendance was very timely as Gilas is dealing with recent injury issues to Scottie Thompson, Dwight Ramos, and AJ Edu.

Pogoy, though, is limited to just shooting drills according to coach Chot Reyes as the former is still recovering from a broken finger.

Parks and Oftana, on the other hand, participated fully in the practice fresh from their wrist and calf injuries, respectively.

Also in attendance were Ramos, Edu, June Mar Fajardo, Japeth Aguilar, CJ Perez, Jamie Malonzo, Thirdy and Kiefer Ravena, Poy Erram, Chris Newsome, Rhenz Abando, Justin Brownlee, and Ange Kouame.

Three days after returning home from their European training camp, Gilas resumed local practices ahead of the FIBA World Cup despite the heavy rains brought about by tropical depression "Dodong".
