TNC Pro Team retains five, promotes Bao from 'Neo'

MANILA - TNC Pro Team will try to resurrect from the ashes as they unveiled their MPL Philippines Season 12 lineup last August 6

The Phoenix Army introduced their six-man lineup in a cinematic indicating their rise from the dead with a cameo from resident MPL PH caster Manjean Faldas.

Five were retained from their Season 11 lineup including captain Ben "Benthings" Maglaque, Kristofer "Hesu" Calderon, King Cyric "K1ngkong" Perez, Jetson "Goyo" Ignacio, and John Vincent "Innocent" Banal.

Joining them is multirole player Mark Laurence "Bao" Cabigting, who suit up for Virgin Souls, Click Esports, and lately TNC Neo in the MDL Philippines Season 1 as MarkTzy.

Robee Bryan "Yasuwo" Pormocille will suit up as the team's analyst for the season as Jemson "Scholar" Ignacio will assume the head coach position after three other coaches Jim Paulo "413" Sy, John Laurence "Lift" Ruiz, and Jaypee "Right" Lugtu left the team.

Jomearie "Escalera" Delos Santos and Mark Genzon "Kramm" Rusiana also departed the Phoenix's nest to join ONIC Philippines.

TNC finished last of eight teams in last season's MPL-PH, getting only three wins in 14 matches but has shown glimpses of potential as they upset ECHO and Bren Esports in the second half of the season.
