MANILA - RSG Mistah pulls an upset of their own as they knock down Smart Omega NEOS from the top spot of the MDL Philippines regular season standings with a 2-1 win on Tuesday.

Both teams did not made changes in their starting five after arriving from Week3 with contrasting results, as Omega NEOS ripped AP.Bren Hornets, 2-0 on September 13, while RSG Mistah came from a 1-2 loss against GameLab.

It was the usual Omega dominance in Game 1 where they did not lose a single objective, including turrets, to RSG Mistah, with them mainly targeting Denniel "xNova" Gomez's Khufra.

xNova's counterpart Mark Glenn "Super Markkk" Florencio's Kaja led the NEOS with 11 assists and only falling once in the game.

RSGM returned the favor in the second game where they only let Smart Omega NEOS one kill compared to 10, as they only lost one turret in the entire 14 minutes.

Jungler Sendrey "Drey Scofield" Zabala led the Mistah's charge with eight assists to his name with the Baxia, while only Mark Vincent "Vane" Dasig's Terizla was the only RSG Mistah casualty.

RSG Mistah completed the sweep in Game 3 after a 19-minute, 19-10 scoreline where they force Smart Omega NEOS jungler Ron Matthew "Matt_" Papag to concede six kills with the Baxia.

It was Drey Scofield once more who led the Mistah to the win, getting a 9/0/6 KDA record from his Martis, while Joshua "WAN 6" Fajardo led all teams in damage per minute.

Smart Omega NEOS slip to provisional second with the loss, with ECHO Proud regaining their top spot as they tripped RRQ Kaito early on.

RSG Mistah will try to push themselves further into the playoff picture against Minana Archives on Wednesday, while Omega NEOS will have GameLab the same day.
