MAKATI - Blacklist's time is out. ONIC time is now.

ONIC Philippines inks their maiden win in MPL Philippines Season 12 as they take down a streaking Blacklist International with a 2-0 sweep on Saturday.

ONIC  brought in newly-acquired John "Perkziva" Sumawan, who last played for RSG Ignite in the MDL Philippines Season 1 in place of Ralph "Rapidoot" Adrales, while Frince "Super Frince" Ramirez and Jem "Jem" Lanojan were inserted into the starting lineup in place of Mark Genzon "Kramm" Rusiana and Jomearie "Escalera" Delos Santos.

ONIC went guns blazing into Game 1 with a 11-7 outing against the Agents, wrapped by a four-man takedown inside the Sonics' base with only Salic "Hadji" Imam's Gord surviving the clash.

However, the men in yellow continued the Hadji pursuit, eventually taking him down and then locking the tower for a 1-0 advantage.

It was Jem's Arlott that took the MVP nod with a 2/1/8 KDA while Super Frince went on with a 2/1/7 performance with the Valentina.

The Sonics went on a different route in Gsme 2 and dominated a Blacklist despite having a more burst-heavy lineup with Hadji fielding a midlane Lapu-Lapu.

Kenneth "Nets" Barro's Irithel went on a field day and contributed ten kills out of 19, while Perkziva proved to be a worthy addition to the ONIC side with crucial sets with the Chou.

It was Dean Christian "Raizen" Sumagui's Fredrinn who took the MVP nod with a 3/1/13 performance, getting all the major objectives and not letting Blacklist take over despite almost being wiped out.

Blacklist International will try to regain their momentum against TNC Pro Team on September 23, while ONIC will start their three-day straight Week 3 on Friday against the same opponents.
