Alodia bids goodbye to Tier One

MANILA—Tier One Entertainment's co-founder and popular cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao announced her departure from the agency as both parties confirmed on their social media handles on Thursday.

"It is with a heavy heart that I bid Tier One Entertainment farewell. The journey we shared in building the company has been both challenging and rewarding. However, it has become evident that our visions and values are not aligned," Alodia said in her Facebook post.

She then sent her gratitude towards her now former company.

"I am grateful for the experiences, relationships, and accomplishments we’ve achieved together," she added.

Tier One confirmed her departure on a separate social media release minutes later.

"There is no reality where Tier One Entertainment would have reached the heights we have reached without you. You are an unwavering beacon of excellence," said the agency.

"It is essential for everyone to find a place where their values align and their vision can flourish. We wish you all the best in your next chapter and hope you find that place, both professionally and within your beautiful growing family," they added.

Alodia co-founded Tier One with Tryke Gutierrez and Brian Lim and has established itself as one of the top gaming and esports agency in the country, handling several gaming and esports talents as well as two iterations of their esports teams with Team Amplfy and currently with Blacklist International.
