SAN JUAN, MM--Kyt Jimenez is officially listed in a PBA team.

San Miguel activated the 5-foot-11 combo guard ahead of its PBA season opener against NLEX on Wednesday at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

Jimenez has already been practicing with the Beermen right after his stint with the GenSan Warriors in the MPBL ended.

GenSan missed out on making the South Division Finals after falling to Batangas City, 66-62, in the decider of their South Semis series.

It was later revealed that Jimenez will be wearing no. 76 for the Beermen as a reminder that he fell to the 76th overall pick of the recent PBA Draft as he now looks to prove his critics wrong on why he dropped that big in the draft.

It is unknown which player SMB will relegate to the reserve list or if the team actually has one roster spot open.

Jimenez's activation officially put a closure to the contract drama between the Beermen and the Warriors.

New import Ivan Aska joins Kyt Jimenez in SMB's season opener

Meanwhile, San Miguel is bringing in a different import for its season opener, Ivan Aska.

The six-foot-eight Aska, a member of the Virgin Islands national team, replaced Tyler Stone, who decided to go back to the United States to attend to his wife, who just gave birth last week.

Interestingly enough, the Beermen will take on the Road Warriors, who have already paraded former Beermen import choice Thomas Robinson.

SMB battles NLEX at 8 p.m. Wednesday, right after the 4 p.m. encounter between Terrafirma and Blackwater.
