MANILA--Nagoya star Ray-Ray Parks, former University of the Philippines men's basketball team stalwart Mikee Reyes, and Blacklist International's well-known tag team of Danerie Del Rosario and Johnmar Villaluna headline a good bunch of present and even past athletes who have been nominated for this year's Rawr Awards presented by entertainment website LionHearTV.

Reyes, now a sportscaster and news anchor for Sports 5 as well as the main host of the Shoot First podcast, is nominated for the Best Male News Personality award along with ABS-CBN's Migs Bustos.

Both Bustos and Reyes actually worked together in the play-by-play panel when ABS-CBN was still the main broadcaster of the NCAA games during the late 2010s.

On the other hand, Parks, Reyes, Del Rosario, and Villaluna are all nominated for the Couples Influencer of the Year".

Del Rosario and Villaluna, popularly known as the "VeeWise" duo, are nominated as one entry, while Parks and Reyes are nominated along with their respective partners, Zeinab Harake (Parks) and CK De Leon (Reyes), a former member of the UP women's softball team.

RSG Philippines' John Salonga is also part of the Couples Influencer of the Year nominees with Mika Salamanca.

Villaluna is also nominated for Gaming Influencer of the Year along with AP Bren's Angelo Arcangel.

Meanwhile, F1 Academy racer Bianca Bustamante and former Philippine men's rugby team member Eric Tai are both nominated for Health and Fitness Influencer of the Year.

Also, Choco Mucho's Deanna Wong and F2's Ivy Lacsina are both nominated as a single entry for the LGBTQIA Influencer of the Year.

Creamline's Jema Galanza and Chery Tiggo's Pauleen Gaston have been nominated as well for Streamer of the Year.

Fans will play a crucial role in determining who will win the said awards.

One-third of the voting points will come from online voting through LionHearTV's website and KTX, while another one-third vote will come from online searches done through LionHearTV and its sister websites DailyPedia and PH Entertainment.

A group consisting of online reporters, public relations entities, and brand partners make up the remaining one-third of the votes.

The fan voting will run until Dec. 4.
