QUEZON CITY - The Kingdom has now enlisted two Filipino players on the battlefield..

Four-time MPL Indonesia champions Rex Regum Qeon has signed Borris James "Brusko" Parro and John Darry "Irrad" Tuazon to bolster their lineup in the upcoming year.

The two followed the footsteps of Coach Michael Angelo "Arcadia" Bocado, who was in the coaching staff and eventually became the head coach for the King of Kings in Seasons 10 and 11.

The team has confirmed the acquisition in their official YouTube channel as well as their various social media accounts.

RRQ, then the most dominant team in MPL Indonesia, has seen a decline since securing their last title in Season 9, including two fourth place finishes in Seasons 11 and 12 despite finishing both second in the regular season.

Brusko has been making a name in the amateur scene since 2022, claiming titles in amateur tournaments for Minana Esports before being signed in 2023 as part of Nexplay EVOS.

The roamer experienced an up-and-down Season 12 performance, eventually losing his starting role to Brian Milez "SpiderMilez" Santos in the latter half of the season before being granted release by Minana EVOS.

Irrad has seen a meteoric rise as the starting jungler for RSG Philippines in Season 11, standing in place of then-resting John Cedrix "Demonkite" Caranto and finishing third, before settling for fourth place in Season 12 as arguably the league's best assassin user.

The 20-year-old has not seen action since Season 12 ended, with Demonkite returning to the Raiders' camp for the 2023 ONE Esports MPL Invitiational as the starting jungler.

With the acquisition completed, Indonesian fans have speculated about the future of jungler Ferdyansyah "Ferxiic" Kamaruddin and Burmese roamer Min Ko "Naomi" Ko, but both players and the team has yet to release statements.
