MANILA--Seoul SK clinched the last seat in the EASL semifinals after drubbing New Taipei at home, 89-57, on Wednesday night at the Jamsil Students' Gymnasium in Seoul.

The Knights pulled for good in the second half, outscoring the Kings, 48-20, even as the South Korean squad held the Taiwanese club to just five points in the fourth quarter.

Jameel Warney exploded right on his birthday as he unloaded 34 points along with 18 rebounds, six assists, and one block for Seoul SK, which moved up to 3-2 in Group B.

The Knights own the tiebreaker over the Ryukyu Golden Kings, which means Seoul SK will still enter the playoffs even if they lose to Meralco next Wednesday back at the Jamsil Students' Gymnasium.

Leon Williams added 17 points, eight rebounds, three assists, three steals, and one block.

Juan Gomez De Liano was not activated for the game.

Former Magnolia and NLEX import Tony Mitchell made 12 points, nine rebounds, three assists, and three blocks for New Taipei, which ended their regular season campaign at 4-2.

Seoul SK, which now owns the tiebreaker over New Taipei, could lock in the top seed for Group B with a win against Meralco.
