MANILA - The two remaining RSG chess pieces are now out, with another king to slay.
The Raiders will have two familiar faces back in their ranks as they confirm their MPL Philippines Season 13 roster Monday night.
Jonard Cedrix "Demonkite" Caranto and Clarense "Kusey" Camilo returned to the blue-and-white to complete the seven-man roster assembled by the Singapore-based organization.
Demonkite was last seen in MPL Malaysia Season 12 after a one-season stint with the RSG MY, in which they finished fourth place.
He then headed back to the country for a then-loan move to help RSG PH secure their first ONE Esports MPL Invitational title last November.
Kusey meanwhile enjoyed a successful stint in MPL Cambodia 2023 Autumn season, securing the championship in a close series against CFU Esports last October.
He also saw action in the MPL Invitational, finishing a joint 5th-6th place, before earning a respectable 5th-6th place at the M5 World Championship, the best result of any Cambodian team in the M-Series.
The two will join holdovers Nathanael "Nathzz" Estrologo, Patrick "Rtzy" Lim, Arvie "Aqua" Antonio, Dylan "Light" Catipon, and newcomer Jhondy "Nibor" Ranque.
Brian "Panda" Lim's boys will try to return to the top of the MPL PH ladder, where they finished fourth last season after a 1-3 loss to ECHO in the lower bracket semifinals.
