MAKATI - Reigning Philippine and world champions AP.Bren keeps their win streak alive as they handle a 2-0 beatdown of hapless TNC Pro Team to end their Week 1 campaign of MPL Philippines Season 13.

The Bees grabbed their ninth win in a row, going back to their M5 campaign last December, with their last defeat three months ago against ONIC Indonesia in the world championship's upper bracket finals.

It was total domination for Coach Francis "Ducky" Glindro's boys as they pulled a 12-0 Game 1 win, with Rowgien "Owgwen" Unigo's Mathilda assisting in all but one kill, while Marco "Super Marco" Requitiano's Bruno tallied a game-high five kills.

TNC grabbed two turtles thanks to Dean "Raizen" Sumagui's Joy but to no avail, as the Phoenix only grabbed one turret in the almost 12-minute match.

David "FlapTzy" Canon came to play in the second half as his X.Borg went for 7/1/8 KDA in Game 2, as AP.Bren make quick work of TNC in 12 minutes.

Super Marco's Brody added four kills and six assists, while Yasuwo's 3/0/1 gameplay was not enough to lift TNC to an eventual 0-2 slump.

AP.Bren ended the week with all six points in two matches, while TNC see themselves bottom of the MPL PH league table with two defeats and yet to grab a point.

TNC will try to snatch points against Blacklist International next Saturday to start their Week 2 campaign while AP.Bren will see RSG Philippines on the same day.
