MANILA--Robert Bolick exploded for a new career-high to lift NLEX to a 115-93 rout against Converge in their PBA Philippine Cup game on Saturday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

Bolick finished with 46 points, eclipsing the 44-point blast he did when he was still with the NorthPort Batang Pier, as the Road Warriors took advantage of the FiberXers falling apart in the end again after a solid start.

Down 28-24 at the end of the first quarter, NLEX pulled away from Converge in the final 36 minutes of action, outscoring them, 91-65, within the last three periods.

Bolick, who also had five rebounds and eight assists for the now 3-1 Road Warriors, tallied the most single-game points by a local since current Barangay Ginebra star Stanley Pringle fired 50 points when he was also still with the Batang Pier back in 2018.

Bolick's performance, which was done through 17-for-26 shooting, also set an NLEX franchise high for a local, beating Don Trollano's 44-point blast last season.

Robbie Herndon added 17 points on five threes, five rebounds, and three assists.

Justin Arana made 20 points, five rebounds, four assists, and one block for the FiberXers, who dropped to 0-4.
