MANILA - Intersection is back for more.
MPL Philippines Hall of Fame inductee Christian "Rafflesia" Fajura will now take his talents to Malaysia as he signed with local powerhouse Todak for MPL Malaysia Season 13.
The transfer was made official by the Malaysian organization on Instagram by a reel where Rafflesia "auditioned" for the roamer role.
The HOF-er previously played for No Limit before going to Sunsparks, where he became a back-to-back MPL Philippines champion for Seasons 4 and 5 and played in the first M-World Championships.
The Sunsparks roster was acquired by Aura Philippines, which later became ECHO, where Rafflesia played for three seasons, where he debuted the infamous Diggie feeding strategy in Season 6.
He spent 2023 with MDL Indonesia side Pendekar Esports, playing for two seasons before leaving the team earlier this January.
Rafflesia, 26, will bring veteran experience to a retooled Todak lineup, teaming with former ECHO teammate and Pendekar Esports coach Kenneth "Flysolo" Coloma, for the third time.
Todak will try to better their performance after a disappointing 5th-6th place finish last Season 12, which saw them not qualify for a major international tournament since their entry in 2019.
