MANILA - Tuloy Football Club gives Manila Montet a 5-0 beatdown to chalk their first win in the Philippines Football League season Sunday inside the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

Both teams fielded an all-Filipino squad lineup for their matchup, with Northern Mariana Islands-registered players Jerald Aquino and Dev Bachani not in Tuloy's match sheet.

However, it wasn't a problem for the Tuloy Foundation-affiliated squad as they found the back of the net after 11 minutes, with Denmark Uracoy converting a Jasten Lupango pass to a goal.

Henry Pinero tried to answer one back for Montet in a set piece but Michael Antilo, Jr. was there to deflect the ball for Tuloy.

Goalkeeper Mark Jones tried a long kick to the other side but John Lloyd Jalique dispossesed and sent him to the wrong side in the 32nd minute to make it 2-0 for Tuloy, which lasted into halftime.

Uracoy and Jalique connected in the 58th minute, with the former sending a pass to the latter, who then drops his defender and put the ball past Jones' guard to make it 3-0.

Cyrelle Saut joined the goal scorer's list as he converted a Harry Nunez pass into a goal from outside the box making it a 4-0 beatdown for Tuloy.

Midfielder Jhon Diaz puts the icing on the cake for the men in orange with a shot near the penalty spot, with Jalique providing the assist in the 84th minute.

Tuloy will host DH Cebu on April 20, hoping for an upset in the books, while Manila Montet will try to have their first win of the PFL season against Stallion Laguna on April 21.
