MAKATI--RSG Philippines solidified its hold of fourth place in the MPL Philippines Season 13 as they closed out the first round of the regular season with a 2-0 sweep of slumping Blacklist International on Friday night at the Shooting Gallery Studios.

Arvie Antonio's surprise Odette pick at the middle lane set the tone for RSG PH as Antonio scored seven kills and six assists in the opening game to lead his club's offensive en route to taking the win.

Nathzz Estrologo then led the way in Game 2 as RSG PH made quicker work of Blacklist to seal the sweep.

Halfway through the season, RSG PH moved up to 4-3, 1.5 games behind Minana Evos, which will play Echo on Saturday night to close out their own first-round assignment.

Blacklist, on the other hand, fell to sixth place at 2-5 as the perennial powerhouse's surprise struggles continue.
