PBA: ROS turns to defense in Q4 to stay hot, keep Blackwater reeling

CALASIAO--Rain Or Shine blasted off in the fourth quarter to take down Blackwater, 110-103, in the PBA's first game back at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Manila on Saturday.

After letting the Bossing open a 14-point lead in the first half, the Elasto Painters slowly crawled back to the game, and they completely turned the tides in the final period, where they outscored the Bossing, 30-19, to steal the win.

Santi Santillan led ROS, winning three straight games after a 0-4 start, with 28 points, seven rebounds, and three assists.

Beau Belga, fresh from being the first local to notch a triple-double for the franchise, added 21 points, seven rebounds, and four assists.

Rey Suerte put up 20 points on 8-of-10 shooting and five rebounds for Blackwater, which dropped its third straight game after a 3-0 start.

Rey Nambatac put up 13 points, three rebounds, two assists, and one steal in his first game against his former team.
