MANILA--Kaya Iloilo capped a two-match home stand with a 9-0 blasting of Air Force to take the top spot in the PFL on Wednesday night at the Campo Alcantara in Pavia, Iloilo.

Jarvey Gayoso sparked Kaya Iloilo's offense by assisting on Marwin Angeles' opening goal in the 14th minute before completing a brace in the 21st and 30th minutes as the club entered halftime 3-0 up.

After Mar Diano added a fourth goal for Kaya Iloilo in the 61st minute, Gayoso continued to work, completing his hat trick in the 68th minute before adding a penalty in the 72nd minute to make it 6-0.

Konate Bandiougou, making his first start for Kaya Iloilo, struck a goal in the 76th minute, and a minute later, Angeles made it 8-0 as he completed his own brace.

Lee Do-Kyung capped Kaya Iloilo's domination with his 84th-minute goal.

Kaya Iloilo moved up to 16 points on five wins and one draw, momentarily overtaking Stallion Laguna for first place.

Kaya Iloilo, though, will have an 18-day break, only returning to action on May 26 against Tuloy at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

On the other hand, Air Force dropped to 13th place due to goal difference with only three points earned through a win against Tuloy.
