MANILA - As the Tigers of Minana EVOS bid their goodbyes, it is the Hedgehogs who "inherited" the most.
Playoff hopefuls Fnatic ONIC Philippines unveil its main roster ahead of the upcoming MPL Philippines Season 14 on Sunday.
Donning their signature yellow and black with a tinge of Fnatic orange, the lineup saw four holdovers and four new faces going into the second half of the year.
Gold laner Grant Duane "Kelra" Pillas, mid laner Frince Miguel "Super Frince" Ramirez, and jungler King Cyric "K1NGKONG" Perez stayed with the team, alongside head coach Anthony "Ynot" Senedrin.
Inherited from Minana
With Minana EVOS exiting the MPL Philippines scene, FNOP signed three of their former players alongside a previous Tiger after a stint overseas.
Roamer Brian Milez "SpiderMilez" Santos will be the team's new captain for the season, while EXP laner Jan "Kirk" Gutierrez will complete the main five.
Former Minana EVOS main roamer Borris "Brusko" Parro will complete the active squad roster as he will be the team's sixth man.
Brusko returned to the country after a quick stint with Indonesian team RRQ Hoshi, which saw him and compatriot John "Irrad" Tuazon suiting up for just a season.
Hall of Legends member back as coach
Jeniel "Haze" Bata-anon will reprise his coaching role for Fnatic ONIC after a brief return as an active player for the now-disbanded Minana EVOS squad last season.
Haze, who also served as one of the Tigers' assistant coaches last Season 12, will bring his experience to the FNOP dugout alongside Ynot.
The Hall of Legends inductee will fill the shoes left by fellow former mid laner Patrick "E2MAX" Caidic, who parted ways with FNOP last July 12.
