MANILA--In a rare feat for a guard, Adrian Nocum went on a block party as Rain Or Shine took care of an all-Filipino Phoenix squad, 116-99, in their PBA Governors' Cup battle on Friday night at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

Nocum's energy was felt on both ends of the floor as he tallied three blocks even as he led the Elasto Painters' second-quarter charge with 19 of his 21 points in the said period to spark their comeback from a first-quarter double-digit deficit before blowing out the Fuel Masters in the second half.

Nocum finished 9-of-16 from the field including 8-of-11 from inside the three-point arc, while Aaron Fuller, with no opposing import to worry about, dominated the game for the now 4-0 ROS squad with 28 points on 12-of-16 shooting, 22 rebounds, one assist, and one block.

RJ Jazul and JJay Alejandro each scored 12 markers for Phoenix, which fell to 0-3.
