TAGUIG--Since joining the NCAA in 2009, Emilio Aguinaldo College had never tasted victory against San Beda in men's basketball.

Until Tuesday came.

In their 28th face-off, the Generals finally won one against the Red Lions, blowing them out, 68-55, at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.

Since conceding the game's first basket, it was all EAC from there, eventually opening a 29-point lead, 58-29, late in the third quarter.

San Beda finished the game on a 15-0 run, but EAC's lead was already insurmountable despite the endgame drought.
