MAKATI - Inch by inch, they're moving closer.

Never strangers to the biggest stage, Falcons AP.Bren edged nearer to their M6 fairytale ending as they secured a spot in the MPL Philippines Season 14 playoffs, Sunday, inside the Green Sun Hotel.

The Hive outclassed a gritty Aurora Gaming side in three games, capping it off with a dominant performance in the decisive match, showcasing why they are the reigning world champions.

FCAP took control in Game 1, with captain Angelo "Pheww" Arcangel's Faramis and Rowgien "Owgwen" Unigo combining for 20 assists, while Marco "Super Marco" Requitiano notched seven kills and two assists with Moskov.

Aurora fought back hard in Game 2, with Jonard Cedrix "Demonkite" Caranto's Hayabusa delivering an impressive nine kills and one assist, while Pheww's Julian managed the lone kill for FCAP.

However, FCAP drafted a fast, damage-heavy lineup in Game 3, as Super Marco's Melissa secured six kills and four assists, while David "FlapTzy" Canon's Phoveus contributed four kills and six assists to seal the victory.

Falcons AP.Bren now shift their focus to their upcoming match against a struggling Blacklist International, while Aurora Gaming will face Liquid PH, both set for Friday.
