MAKATI—Current MPL Philippines Season 14 league leaders Fnatic ONIC Philippines ensured their upper bracket position as they grabbee a 2-1 win over Aurora Gaming on Saturday.

It was a repeat of their Aug. 30 first-round matchup where King Cyric "K1INGKONG" Perez led the Hedgehogs to a 2-1 win.

Frince "Super Frince" Ramirez's Valentina went berserk with six kills and 13 assists as FNOP gave RORA a 21-9 beatdown, while K1NGKONG's Hayabusa puts up 1/0/11.

Dominic "Domeng" del Mundo's Lunox had a bad day in office as he fell four times and contributed just three kills as Duane "Kelra" Pillas thrived with his former signature Alice with seven kills and six assists.

Edward Jay "Edward" Dapadap's Edith put up one kill and assisted seven more as Aurora bounced back in Game 2, with Jonard Cedrix "Demonkite" Caranto's Fanny had a field day with all turtles and lord going to Aurora's side.

K1NGKONG's Hayabusa was down three times while only assisting one of three total FNOP kill scores, with Super Frince grabbing all three.

The FNOP jungler bounced back with an 11/0/2 Ling performance as they claimed the series win after  14 minutes in Game 3, with Jann Kirk "Kirk" Gutierrez assisting 11 on 18 kills with the Chou.

Kenneth "Yue" Tadeo's 2/4/4 performance with the Luo Yi did little to aid Aurora as FNOP cruised in the turret category, toppling down nine while Aurora claimed only one.

With the win, FNOP tied the longest win streak of any team in MPL Philippines history with 11 alongside Blacklist International last Season 8 and ECHO last Season 12.

Both teams will meet RSG Philippines for their next match as Fnatic ONIC will have a Sunday match with the Raiders, and Aurora will meet them next Saturday.
