MAKATI - TNC Pro Team's efforts fell short of securing their first win as Aurora Gaming claimed a 2-1 series victory to conclude their Week 3 campaign at the Green Sun Hotel on Sunday.

It was a bounce-back victory for Aurora, who finished the week with a 1-1 record after suffering a 0-2 defeat against league leaders Fnatic ONIC Philippines.

Star roamer Renejay "Renejay" Barcase's Tigreal played a pivotal role in Game 1, achieving a 0/4/11 KDA with a 69% kill participation as Aurora secured a 16-7 win in just 15 minutes.

The men in teal delivered a dominant 15-minute performance, claiming both lords and eight of TNC's nine turrets.

Edward Jay "Edward" Dapadap's Edith posted a 5/1/10 KDA, while Kenneth "Yue" Tadeo's Zhask contributed three kills and ten assists. On the other hand, it was a tough game for Ken "Kzen" Pile, whose Julian managed only three assists and suffered four deaths.

Kzen bounced back in the second game, leading the Phoenix Army to tie the series 1-1 with a 9/1/4 performance on Hayabusa.

Jan Dominic "Domeng" del Mundo was a non-factor throughout the 12 minutes of Game 2, failing to secure a single kill or assist while dying three times with Claude.

Aurora remained unfazed by the setback and responded with a dominant showing in Game 3. Edward "Edward" Dapadap's 5/1/10 performance with Phoveus earned him MVP honors.

TNC struggled to gain map control in the 15-minute game, losing eight turrets while securing only one. Christian "Heads" Morada had an off-game, accounting for six of TNC's nine total deaths.

Aurora will face a tough challenge next week as they go up against Team Liquid PH on Saturday, while TNC is set to face another powerhouse team, Falcons AP.Bren, on Friday.
