MAKATI - RSG Philippines had to claw their way back from a 0-1 deficit to deny TNC Pro Team their first possible win of the season on Sunday at the Green Sun Hotel.
The Raiders bounced back, snapping a two-game losing streak from Week 4 against Fnatic ONIC Philippines and Smart Omega.
Christian "Heads" Morada led TNC to a 1-0 advantage, with his Phoveus delivering four kills and seven assists, while Jomearie "Escalera" delos Santos's Mathilda contributed 11 assists.
RSG responded in Game 2, with Arvie "Aqua" Antonio's Zhuxin becoming a thorn in TNC's side, grabbing two kills and a game-high 14 assists.
TNC managed only a single turtle in the 13-minute game, failing to secure any turrets or lords while conceding seven turrets to RSG.
Dylan "Light" Catipon's Chou shone in Game 3, assisting in 11 of RSG's 14 total kills, as they conceded only three kills to TNC in a 14-minute match.
Heads' Arlott struggled, recording a game-high five deaths, while Salvick "Kouzen" Tolarba's Claude was kept in check with just two assists.
TNC faces a daunting task against the undefeated Fnatic ONIC Philippines next Saturday, while RSG will take on another struggling team, Blacklist International, on the same day.
