MANILA--TNT moved within one win from clinching its PBA Governors' Cup quarterfinal series against NLEX with a 109-91 rout in Game 3 on Sunday night at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.
The Tropang Giga wasted little time dominating the Road Warriors, taking over the game after conceding the first field goal before opening a lead as high as 26, 108-82.
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson came close to a triple-double with 27 points, 12 rebounds, and eight assists with one steal, and one block for TNT, which can close out the series as early as Tuesday night at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
Calvin Oftana added 18 points, five rebounds, and three assists.
Robbie Herndon led NLEX with 17 points and five rebounds.
