QUEZON CITY––The De La Salle Green Archers continued their strong performance in the UAAP men's basketball tournament as they crushed the Adamson Soaring Falcons, 82-52, on Wednesday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The Green Archers opened the first quarter of the match with a very strictly implemented defense, limiting the Soaring Falcons to just six points while scoring freely from inside the paint and outside the arc with 20.
Kevin Quiambao outscored the entire Adamson squad by himself in the first quarter as he tallied seven, and rookie Doy Dungo matched his opponent's output with six.
