MAKATI - Fnatic ONIC Philippines may grab the longest win streak in MPL Philippines history as well as the top spot this season.

But Smart Omega had other ideas in mind, to boost their upper bracket hopes and "SN4P"  it. And snap they did.

Coach Allec Monsseur "SN4P" Alvarado and the rest of the Barangay tested the current league leaders to the limit to grab a 2-1 reverse sweep to end both their regular season campaigns on Saturday.

It was not smooth sailing for Smart Omega though as they withstood a superb performance from Frince Miguel "Super Frince" Ramirez's Zhuxin who assisted eight of 10 total kills.

King Cyric "K1NGKONG" Perez's Hayabusa led the Hedgehogs in the kills department with five while Duane "Kelra" Pillas and Jann Kirk "Kirk" Gutierrez each added two more.

Jungler Andrew "Andoryuuu" Flora's Nolan stepped up for the team, putting up seven kills and 12 assists in a 27-minute, back-and-forth Game 2, while Jomarie "JOWM" Pingol's Harith put up 5/3/10.

Both teams were reeling to get the win in the second game, but a kill to Super Frince's Zhuxin and Kelra's Bruno spelled doom for the league leaders.

Smart Omega pulled all the stops in Game 3, with Jayson "UK1R" Alupit's Zhuxin assisting 12 of 14 total kills, while the rest of Smart Omega dominating the map from the start.

JOWM's Melissa became the unsung hero for the quintet as he grabbed a nice 4/2/4 KDA but also spoiled the debut of Masha this season in Kelra's hands.

Both teams will enter the postseason, but Smart Omega will have to wait the result of the Sunday matches between Aurora and Blacklist, as well as Team Liquid and Falcons AP.Bren to see their playoff seeding.
