QUEZON CITY--A shocker already rocked the Swiss stage of the M6 World Championship this early as S2G Esports stunned Selangor right at the start of the Round of 16 on Thursday at the IOI Grand Exhibition and Convention Center in Putrajaya, Malaysia.

Selangor failed to sustain the benefits of taking the first turtle.

After falling to a 0-2 kill start, S2G scored the next three kills to take the lead.

The turning point came in the team fight for the third turtle when S2G scored a 4-2 kill win against SRG, which included taking down jungle player Muhammad "Sekys" Zaman's Joy, to freely take the perks of the mini-boss.

SRG tried to turn things around after taking the first two Lords, but S2G went on a 7-1 run from the third Lord fight until the final push to complete the comeback.

S2G now needs only two more wins to qualify for the knockout stages, while SRG still has four more chances to score the required three victories to enter the Final 8, although two more losses will knock them out of contention.
