PBA: Cameron Clark outlasts Cheick Diallo as HK Eastern edges Converge to go 2-0 up

MANILA—Cameron Clark got the last laugh over Cheick Diallo as Hong Kong Eastern scored its second straight win in the PBA Commissioner's Cup with a 117-106 decision over Converge on Friday night at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

While Diallo had the better scoreline with 43 points, Clark scored a huge three and two free throws that helped the Long Lions seal the win against the gritty FiberXers.

Clark finished with 39 points on 15-of-24 shooting including 3-of-4 on threes, 15 rebounds, two assists, and two blocks for Eastern, now solely in first place in the team standings.

Hayden Blankley added 21 points, 10 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block.

Diallo had 43 points, nine rebounds, and one block for Converge, which fell to 1-1.
