MANILA—The Philippines reigns supreme in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) scene for the fifth consecutive year.

Fnatic Onic Philippines (FNOP) solidified the country's dominance by defeating Team Liquid Indonesia (TLID) in a 4-1 beatdown during the M6 World Championship Grand Finals held at the Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday night.

With their victory, FNOP secured the prestigious title, keeping the “Pilipinas Lang Malakas” mantra alive and earning Finals MVP honors for Duane “Kelra” Pillas, famously known as “The Filipino Savage” and “The Gold Standard.”

Game 1 showcased FNOP’s tactical precision, with a critical 3-for-1 exchange at the 7-minute mark tipping the scales in their favor.

Securing the first Lord, FNOP capitalized on a clean team wipe, maintaining control through superior macro play.

Kelra’s decisive tower lock sealed the deal, giving the Filipino squad an early 1-0 series lead.

Team Liquid Indonesia started strong, gaining an early lead in kills and gold.

However, FNOP’s synergy shone during the second Turtle fight, where they achieved a pivotal 3-for-1 trade.

The momentum shifted as FNOP dismantled TLID’s defenses, taking two inhibitor turrets by the 10-minute mark and ending the game under 12 minutes with a staggering 8.0k gold lead.

TLID found their footing in Game 3, with standout performances from Favian "Faviannn" Putra and Widy Hartono.

Faviannn’s precise Retributions and Widy’s flawless ultimates neutralized FNOP’s aggression.

Meanwhile, FNOP’s Kirk Gutierrez struggled, contributing 7 of their 16 deaths as TLID secured their only series win.

Game 4 was a masterclass in aggression and control from FNOP.

They established a 3-1 kill lead within three minutes and a 2.0k gold advantage.

TLID couldn’t recover as FNOP executed flawless rotations, shutting out TLID entirely with a staggering 21-1 kill count and a 15.6k gold lead.

The game ended in just over 10 minutes, cementing FNOP’s dominance.

In game 5, FNOP’s Borris "Brusko" Parro (Khaleed) and Frince "SuperFrince" Ramirez (Yve) were instrumental in orchestrating a pivotal under-turret play, turning a disadvantageous fight into a series-winning push.

TLID showed glimpses of recovery during the 14-minute mark, but Kelra’s decisive fountain lock shattered their hopes.

Throughout the tournament, FNOP maintained a perfect record, not dropping a single match on their way to the championship.

FNOP’s championship win came with a prestigious trophy, gold medals, championship rings, the latest ROG phones, luxury watches, and a significant cash prize.
