PASIG--Ginebra officially booked its place in the PBA Commissioner's Cup quarterfinals after ripping Rain Or Shine, 120-92, on Wednesday night at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.
The Gin Kings wasted no time in tripping the Elasto Painters, leading from start to finish and extending their advantage to as high as 30 points.
Justin Brownlee tallied 29 points on 10-for-18 field goals, 13 rebounds, six assists, one steal, and one block, while Scottie Thompson put up 22 points, six rebounds, and eight assists for Ginebra, which moved up to 7-4.
Deon Thompson led ROS, which dropped to 6-4, with 23 points, 15 rebounds, three assists, and one block.
