MAKATI--TNC is now on a roll.
The said club began a winning streak in MPL Philippines Season 15 after blanking Smart Omega, 2-0, on Saturday at the Green Sun Hotel Ballroom.
TNC pulled off a heist when they let Tristan "Yawi" Cabrera pick Selena at the roaming position, and the team turned the tides late into Game 1 thanks to Cabrera's brilliance to take the opener.
Mark "Zaida" Palma then dominated the hard carry role as his Nolan went 5-0-4 to lead TNC's offensive en route to the Game 2 win.
TNC won back-to-back games after a season-opening loss to Onic Philippines to move up to 2-1, momentarily tying Team Falcons Philippines, which will face fellow newcomer Twisted Minds Philippines later Saturday.
Smart Omega, on the other hand, dropped to a three-way tie with AP Bren and Twisted Minds PH at the bottom at 0-2.
