MANILA--TNT now holds a commanding 3-1 lead in the PBA Commissioner's Cup semifinals against Rain Or Shine after walking away with a 93-85 Game 4 win on Wednesday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

The Tropang Giga turned their attention to stopping the Elasto Painters' locals from providing huge help to Deon Thompson, who was on fire.

Thompson finished with 44 points on 17-of-32 field goals with 13 rebounds for a monster game to lead ROS, but no local made it to double figures with Keith Datu and Anton Asistio the other top scorers with eight points apiece.

On the other hand, Calvin Oftana and RR Pogoy took flight for TNT as they led the way with 26 and 22 points, respectively.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson played more of a facilitator this time yet still contributed solid numbers of 17 points, 11 rebounds, five assists, one steal, and two blocks.

The Tropang Giga can clinch the series on Friday night back at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
