PBA: Paul Lee takes over from 4-point range as Magnolia nips Meralco to go 6-0

MANILA—Paul Lee torched Meralco from way out to lead Magnolia to a 117-92 blowout win to stay unbeaten in the PBA Philippine Cup on Wednesday night at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

Lee fired 27 points in just 6-of-9 shooting, which included a 4-for-5 clip from four-point range, alongside two assists as the Hotshots pulled away from the Bolts following a 35-19 blast in the fourth quarter.

Ian Sangalang added 16 points, nine rebounds, and one assist as Magnolia moved up to 6-0 in the standings.

Chris Banchero put up 20 points on 6-for-10 shooting, five rebounds, and one assist to lead Meralco, which now dropped back-to-back losses and fell to 3-5.
